Reflections
As I reflect on my internship, I believe it helped me learn a lot about myself and how I can do hard things when I put my mind to it.
During the first few weeks of my internship, we found out that my husband would be moving to Pocatello, Idaho. He was starting his new job with Union Pacific Railroad while I stayed in Cedar City to finish up school, along with caring for our 18 month old and young puppy. I was very concerned that I wouldn't be able to handle all the responsibilities of being in school and working and being a mom. However, I knew this would make us stronger as a family and improve our situation, so I put my head down and got to work.
I had a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in this field, and I hope maybe one day I will have the chance to pursue a career in Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab.
